TalentLens User Levels
When you register for TalentLens, you will be assigned a TalentLens User Level, which designates which assessments you will have access to. You will be advised of your TalentLens user level via email after registering.
Payment
Assessments are purchased from within your account using either a major credit card or by choosing to bill to your account. If you choose to pay by credit card, for security reasons, we will need to contact you to verify your card details. Client Services will contact you within one working day for these details.

Test Security and Best Practice
The following basic principles of minimum test security and ethical practice apply to all individuals and organisations wishing to purchase online assessments through TalentLens.
Test takers must never be provided with answers to the test items
Access to test materials must be limited to qualified persons with a responsible professional interest who agree to safeguard their use and observe legislated copyright requirements
Test materials and scores may be released only to persons qualified to use and interpret them
Test results should always be used in conjunction with other assessment tools such as interviews, observations and reference checks
