Quickly and confidently ascertains a job candidate’s verbal, numerical and clerical abilities. The GCT-R, developed in the UK, is an ability test for any job requiring these important abilities, including secretary, purchasing agent, paralegal, bookkeeper, or management trainee.
Screen for Important Abilities – You can administer all 10 subtests in less than an hour, or pick one appropriate subtest for an even faster score in just 7–23 minutes.
Clerical – Tests checking and alphabetising. The score reflects speed and accuracy in performing perceptual tasks involving attention to detail, detection of errors, and identifying the correct location of names and files.
Numerical – Includes the following subtests: Arithmetic Computation; Numerical Error Location; Arithmetic Reasoning and Estimation and Numerical Problem Solving.
Verbal – Gives you information about spelling, reading comprehension, vocabulary, and language use.
